By using MonoStack (“we”, “us”) — including the website, the free browser tools (Sweep Scanner, Trap Meter, Sweep Autopsy) and the SweepCheck app (together, the “Services”) — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.
01Educational tooling — not financial advice
The Services provide market context and analysis (e.g. sweep detection, scoring, positioning gauges). They are not investment advice, recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
02Risk warning
Perpetual futures and crypto assets are highly volatile and high-risk. You can lose more than you deposit. Past performance — including any historical or backtested figures we show — does not guarantee future results.
03Data we display
Signals, scores and readings are derived from third-party exchange data (Bybit, Binance, OKX) and our own recordings. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and any illustrative/sample figures are labelled as such. Verify before you act.
04License & acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services. You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell them, scrape or overload our infrastructure, bypass paywalls or access controls, or use them to break any law or exchange’s terms.
05Free tools & subscriptions
- The free tools are provided as-is, for the coin you are viewing, with no guarantee of availability.
- SweepCheck is billed on a subscription basis (monthly, 6-month or yearly) through a merchant of record. Prices and any trial terms are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled at our discretion and subject to the merchant of record’s policy.
06Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, branding and content, are owned by MonoStack and protected by applicable law. You keep ownership of any notes or data you create; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the Services.
07Availability & no warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal will be accurate or profitable.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonoStack is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
09Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
